Based in Hong Kong, Sammy is responsible for product marketing on Teamcenter solutions in Asia Pacific and the introduction of PLM values and its benefits to customers.
Prior to his existing role, Sammy first began his career as a CAD/CAM consultant and later moved into the PDM subject matter in the early 1990’s. During this period, Sammy gained substantial exposure to both customers and country activities across the Asia Pacific which helped built up his good understanding of the needs and interests of the various countries in Asia Pacific. Sammy has been involved in the industry for more than 20 years.

He has 12 years of experience in handling the CAE software, which also includes real project implementation. Prior to joining Siemens PLM, Xu Ming supported both the pre-sales and post-sales of several key projects in the Automotive and Aero industry, which comprised of wind tunnel design and optimization, slat/roller system design, T-joint laminate composite delaminating, composite joint durability analysis, structure thermal ablation under high temperature and landing gear analysis, etc. |

Sam is the NX Technical Product Manager in the product management organization at Siemens PLM Software. He joined Siemens PLM Software as a technical staff in 1997, and had worked in both pre-sales and post-sales organizations.
Sam has been a user of NX, UGNX and Unigraphics since 1987 during his role in various professional capacities, such as Project Engineer at Barnes Aerospace, Mechanical Engineer at Raytheon / E-Systems and Adjunct Professor at Salt Lake Community College of Engineer. |

He is responsible for supporting CMS activities in Asia Pacific, which includes mainly NX CAM application in the “Die and Mold” industry. He has 10 years of experience in the “Die and mold” industry for CAM and machining, and more than eight years of experience in machining on NX CAM. Apart from machining, Gurdeep has also handled the “Product and Mould Design” aspect of mold manufacturing. He lends his expertise in the areas of pre-sales and technical training for NX CAM. |
